What is the difference between RAID mirroring and Oracle mirroring?.......In both the cases the redo log files are mirrored as per my knowledge.

RAID mirroring are used at Operating and Hardware level.
Oracle mirroring you mean to say redo log mirroring ? database mirroring what ?
