I assume you mean replication of sales orders in APO. Create an integration model for Sales orders (CFM1) and activate (CFM2).
The entire process is described in these two Best Practices docs. If you have already successfully connected the Online Transaction Processing system (ERP) to SCM, you will only need to work through the Replication doc.
