ERROR MESSAGE POSTING GR VIA VL32N

Hello friends.

User is having a problem when posting GR via VL32N, the following error message is displayed:

Value contract stock in transit exceeded xxxx units.

Please help on it.

also check COMPLETION RULE maintained for item category in VOV7

if full quantity is delivered and COMPLETION RULE is maintaiend then you will face this error once complete qty is rcd

Hi,

Message in your post says, that user is trying to inward the goods, whose worth is more than the specified in Contract.

Find the contract no in respective PO(Tx:ME22N) & check the limits maintained in Value contract. Tx:ME33K.

please check the total ordered quantity and i think you have done the GR for whole quantity

check if the Del Compl indicator in the purchase order is checked.

hi

if we get the error we are using goods movement type against the plant and storage location and we assgin G/L account and cost centre and post the stoc showing in error and we are saving the document.

then do GR with 101 against plant and slocation.

then proceed with normal process.

please chec the your process whether my solution is compatable with your's or not.
