OTR to PDF characters error

Hello Experts,

Scenario is like this:

I have form in Greek language which I'm sending as PDF attached file.

On this form I have INCLUDE statement, to include text element from sales order header (also in Greek).

In SOST mail preview is OK. Included text is shown correctly.

But after sending, include text is NOT ok. Characters are changed to cross out square.

Strange thin. If I put this text from sales order directly to form it's OK.

system is 6.0 + UNICODE

Hi,

For PDF conversion of Greek charactes, take a look at SAP note #372666.

The following requirements are needed:

The PDF must be created via a device type, which supports Greek like I7SWIN. You must use Greek fonts (COUR_I7, HELV_I7, TIME_I7) in the form. The Greek characters must be put into a form with a Greek language key or an include text, which has a language key GR. You must upload Greek fonts into SAP system as described in Note #372666. under font familes COUR_I7, HELV_I7, TIME_I7.

If the problem is only with the Greek characters in the include text, then it is likely that the include text has a wrng language key or a wrong font is used for the include text.
