I have tried restarting the system, and it didn't work. Also we have tried repeating the phase, but it didn't work too.

The job is is SAP and has run ok.

The content of the UVERS table is:

Can you give me an idea, please?

Hello,

You seem to have an incorrect jdk

Install the correct jdk SUN J2SE 1.4.2_28

Note 716604 for the Sun JDK (Windows, Linux, Solaris)

Hello Eric,

I'm sorry but I don't understand.

Is there a minimun support package level to begin the upgrade? I have looked for this information and I haven't find it. I thought that the prepare would tell me the support package levels I should have to begin the upgrade.

On the other hand, why should I restore the system, I'm only with the prepare, it hasn't done anything in my system, has it?

Thanks and regards,

Ana

Well, if you can't wait, it's time to restore your 4.6c system, apply ST-PI and restart upgrade from scratch....
