Hi,
We have solution manager with EHP1 in our landscape. We have configured the SLR report for the contents Hardware configuration, system availability, key performance indicators, ABAP run time errors but in the generated SLR report, I can find only abap dump and key performance indicator. That toooo key performance indicator is balnk w/o any data.
can you please suggest what needs to be done to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Generic.
Hello Generic,
As you just configured your SLR, you sould check these [FAQs|https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_SHORTKEY=01100035870000732003&_OBJECT=011000358700000598892010E]

Perhaps this helps.

Hello
SLR uses the session data from EWA reports to build the SLR.
So is this data also missing in the EWA reports too?
If it is missing int he EWA, then it cannot be in the SLR.
And if it is not in the EWA you want to see if it is being collected.
So you can check ST03 for some of these values like system availability.
If the data is there, then there is an issue moving it to the service session.
So it could be RFC for ABAP, SMD for Non-ABAP.
If it is not there in ST03, then there is an issue with the collectors.
You should check these to know which direction to look deeper.
Hope this helps.

Dear
You need to know where those are originating from to start with.
I'm sure you can find documentation on the sources of those SLR points
Hardware information might originate from transaction SMSY so you should check the information filled in, in transaction SMSY for your host for example, for your database and so on. There is also a tool available to check how consistent your system is in transaction SMSY called Landscape Verification 1.0 which is a small add-on that you can install on Solution Manager (interesting and worth it). Installation is not difficult and little setup is required. You can find information and guide on SDN.
Check service marketplace for relevant notes on SLR reporting. There are a lot of bug fixes available as well but there are also a lot of dependencies when you want to implement all of them.
For example note on system availability:
[Note 1332677 - ST03N-based system availability in SLR no longer supported]
You can use keywords "SLR reporting" to find a lot of relevant notes which can answer your questions.
Kind regards
Tom
