Display Blocked Documents How to see the reason the matched term

Hi Folks,

If I am goin into Display Blocked Documents /SAPSLL/SPL_BLCD

there I can see some Documents are blocked.

I want to know the reason why it is blocked

If I go on Display log the reason it says Partner´s address has been identified as

an entry in a boycott list.

The question how can I see the matched terms

for example name or city why it was blocked.

If I go on Detailed Analysis it also

do not show the matched terms

So the question is how can I see the matched term

why this document was blocked??

Yes, match codes can be seen at business partner level only. It would state that which DPL has blocked what percentage of BP details (Name etc).

Hello Dieter,

in the transaction /SAPSLL/SPL_BLCD above the list of blocked documents is a set of icons. One of these icons is a small question mark which says "Simulate SPL screening". Execute this function following with "Start SPL screening" (no worries its only simulation), than you will see the match codes.

Yes if I am doing this I can see at the top the document partner.

But normally in the 2 bottom Window "Detail for SPL" it does show the

the details the matched term.

But here it does not show me the match terms. It shows only

empty window Detail for SPL".

So the question remains where can I see the matched terms?

Any suggestions?

Hello Dieter,

that is true, that is why you execute SPL simulation within the transaction, so you get the match codes.

On the document level you can not see the match codes, they are present only on Business partner level.

Hi

I think it is happening because the Business partner is fount in SPL list maintained in your system but you get to see its detailed analysis as you must not have Generated the comparison terms for SPL's and business Partners. Please do that and also reset buffer.
