Hi,
Currenlty for some messages, Idocs are not getting genrated and
outbound queue in moni for this messages shows as IENGINE instead of
IDOC. Also the outbound flag doesn't have any status and there is no error information.
We are using message packaging but Before upgrading support pack from SP15 to SP21
we didn't face any issue regarding packaging.
Please suggest resolution for this if anyone have faced this kind of issue.
Thanks,
VK
This is resolved by implementing SAP note
1528353, 1520877,1359883 and 1037176

Hi,
Please check what Markus said.
Also look for these settings in your scenario:
Check trace message in the SXMB_MONI ,
Check all queues are registered ? go to SXMB_ADM and check out this
Check about Receiver determination and Receiver Business Service is pointing to correct R/3 system. For this look into Adapter Specific Message Identifiers for the Reciever Business Service
If you are using BPM here ? If so check the BPM status
Let us know if this helps!

Hi,
please check transaction SMQ1, SMQ2 and SM58 in your PI system if IDOC is stuck in one of those queues.
Do other IDOC work or do IDOC not work in general?
You can also check transaction IDX2 - delete the IDOC metadata and trigger IDOC again. If IDX2 shows the deleted metadata again, then at least the metadata communication is working correctly.
Have you configured alerts for your PI? If yes, you could do so and then you should receive an alert in case there was some error during processing.
Hope this was helpful.
Best regards,
Markus
