Message not process due to error no ThreadContext in system thread

Hi,

There are some messages that didn't process and in communication channel monitoring it is showing

Message could not process due to "no ThreadContext in system thread". I have also checked

message id but there is no payload.

Can anyone suggest me reason for this error and how to troubleshoot this?

Now that communication channel is working but how to find that message (payload) which didn't

process due to this error?

Hi,

Please take that message ID and find the t.code "SXMB_MONI". you should find the XML message & Payload there.
