Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our SAP databases from Oracle 10.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.2.
We have purchased Oracle DB License from SAP.
Does additional license or money need to pay to SAP for upgrading the existing database to Oracle 11g?
Please let us know.
Thanks
Manoj
11.2.0.2 is not yet supported but it should be very soon.
you do not need to pay SAP anything more for the Oracle upgrade, you deal that with Oracle.

Are you sure?
AFAIK, If the oracle licence has been bought via SAP there is no more money to be paid if you upgrade.
What could be more expensive is the "extra" cost for new "optional" features.
Two notes for reference, mainly the second:
581312 Oracle database: licensing restrictions
740897 Info about the Oracle license scope; Required Oracle options
Yes, no need to pay anything if you are using SAP applications on your oracle database. SAP pays the license fee to oracle as we are not direclty buying the oracle license. As per the note if you want an additional feature then you might need to take a license from oracle and pay directly to oracle. If you buy direct license from oracle then you check with oracle.
