Hi,
Is it possible to maintain a limit item in SRM-MDM (3.0)?
Kind regards,
Tim
Hi,
Can you give us some business example?

Hi Masa,
We would like to have the following:
- Limit items which will automatically be sourced, maintained via the catalog (SRM-MDM catalogi) and linked with a contract. We would be able to create shoppingcarts against the contract already however we would like to be able to create limit items which will only require a confirmation to be created against it. These limit orders, as contractually agreed, we would want to be created/added to a SC via the SRM-MDM catalogi functionality.
- Limit items which won't be automatically sources, manually created or via SRM templating functionality (not maintained in SRM-MDM catalogi).
I hope this gives you a better picture of what we're trying to achieve.
Kind regards,
Tim
Hi,
Is it like this?
User selects Desk Cleaning Service, Supplier ABC, Contract 10000000, Value Limit 100 USD, Validity Period 7 days, limit flag=X in catalog.
Do you need Value Limit and Validity Period in Catalog?
Catalog items are transfered via OCI.
BADI BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER or BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI changes the item type to LIMI and calculate validity period.
Regards,
Masa
