V_AIINSNRS:SAP customer number unknown for installation number xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

Whenever we try to synchronize our SMSY data with the SAP support portal we get the message:

SAP customer number unknown for installation number xxxxxxxxxxxx

It appears that in the view V_AIINSNRS no customer number is present for this installation number. We cannot manually adjust V_AIINSNRS.

The job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT is running on a daily basis without any error messages.

Our solman system is running on SP25.

Does anyone know how the V_AIINSNRS gets filled?

It appeared that the refresh job was running in the wrong client.

After scheduling the job in the correct client all worked fine.

Please apply SAP Note 1144695 - SAP customer number for installation number &1 unknown

It describes this Symptom:

After you upgrade from ST 400 to SAPKITL425, the system issues error

message AI_SC_EN 097, "SAP customer number unknown for installation

number &1", in the background jobs REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT and

SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP and in the system data synchronization.

Another symptom is that not all installation numbers are displayed in

the input help for installations or in the maintenance view V_AIINSNRS.

In the maintenance view V_AIINSNRS, the system displays entries with

incorrect customer numbers or entries with no customer numbers. This may

also lead to the runtime error NO_BP in transaction SMSY.

From your description and SP level, this is your solution.
