Are you referring to MI 7.1 or older release? And could you mention the reason for being able to view the MI outbox.
In case of MI 7.10, If you are interested in viewing the messages being sent fro the client to the DOE, then it is possible to view them in the synclogs folder in the form of httprequest files.
