Sent email notification for today/HOLD request/Forward Request.

Hi Experts

1.Is there any way from where i can audit how many e-mail notifications were sent to the users within a specific time period with request no.

2.In a particular stage,when a approver forward a request to another approver(trying both options forward with return and with no return),can we include a commet option there,so that the next approver can know the reason of the request forward.

3.If a approver put arequest on HOLD,is SLA clock stops.

Hello,

You can view the email queue (sent or waiting to be sent) via the SQL view (http://<server>:<port>/AE/opensql_test.jsp). Enter the query SELECT * FROM VIRSA_AE_EMLLOG. This will show the emails in the system, but it does not attribute these with a request number (even though there is a column for this).

The only way to force comments on a forward is to force comments for approvals as well. The better option would be to train users to always.

The SLA clock depends on how you have it setup (Fixed or formula). If the request itself is expected to be completed in 3 days, then holding the request should not void the SLA.
