approval preview in SC

We have a user whose shopping cart has be approved without further approvals if he shopping is below the spending limit.

The approval preview works correctly when shopping for a one country.

we have a new country configured and when we assign this user to another country the approval preview shows up incorrect approval preview with wrong approvers.

Please suugest.

Which version of SRM you are on....

Also please provid more details about the issue. To me it seems to be a conflict in your workflow configuration and your expecation.
