SAPoscol on Dedicated DB

Hi All

I am trying to setup the collector on our MS DB and I get this error.

Activation context generation failed for "C:\usr\sap\saposcol.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50727.4053" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I read many notes saying you have to apply 2005 C++ I installed that and 2008 C++ and I still get the error I get this when trying to make it a service "ntscmgr.exe install SAPOscol -b c:\usr\sap\saposcol -p service" or if I just run saposcol.exe

Any help would be appreciated.

The command you are executing is correct.
