Problem with Start Sap Note Assistant during Solman_setup

Hello,

We are facing some problem with the selection Start SAP Note Assistant duing Solman_setup. When we choose the Start SAP Note Assistant during Solman_setup we received the following error:

the url http://............................/SL/page/framepost.html was not called due to error.

Note:

The following error text was processed in the system USM: Service SYSTEM extracted from SYSTEM/SL/PAGE/FRAMEPOST.HTML does not exist.

Hello,

The mimes services is not activated on the SICF transaction.
