Hi There,

can anyone advise me on how to send an Mail to Message Processor if it has changed to new one and when status has

IN Process. Please note that We are able to send Mails when the Status has NEW

Is there a BADI for handling this Issue.

Hi Set Ho Li,

thanks for your reply but in conditions we are not able to give in as when Message Processor is not equal to original and

when Status is changed. therefore it is not helpfull for us working with conditions.

I want to know how mail sending is triggered in order to change it via BADI.
