TPVS - Could not deleted the shipments

Hi Team.

We have few shipments which R3 delivery were deleted after creating shipment in APO. So we could not send these shipments to R3 as R3 deliveries were deleted.

These shipments are appearing in APO table:/SAPAPO/VS_E_HDR and/SAPAPO/VS_E_ITM. we ran delete deliveries and delete shipment programs, but there are not gor deleted and when ran the program -/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS, system message appearing ' No order found".

Can you help us how to delete these shipments.

Dear Rajesh,

If you are using TP/VS functionality please run report /SAPAPO/VS_CONS_CHECK only for the option 'TP/VS shipping data table'. If any error messages appear, please correct them.

We have executed /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL also, but still those shipments and deliveries exist in APO.

Hello Rajesh,

First of all if the deliveries in shipments are deleted in ECC, then shipments in APO gets invalidated automatically. It is strange that you still have shipments in APO. I suggest following

1) If you still shipments in TP/VS interactive planning, then you can try deleting them manually in unteractive planning board

2) You can use consistency checks VSCC or OM17 to see if this gets corrected
