Planned order date and time incorrect

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask for your help ow to fix the issue regarding the incorrect dates that is set by the system when creating a planned order.

When I create an order in product view; the availability date that I set was not applied by the system instead it set the date a day before and the time is 24:00:00

Examples:

availabilty date: 21/11/2010 22:00:00

order was set by the system to:

start date: 20/11/2010 00:00:01

end date: 20/11/2010 24:00:00
