Where the postal codes will be created and in which table these values are maintained?......also hoe to establish a link between postal code and city..thanks in advance......

Object : ADRPSTCODE.

here you can maintain the number ranges for postal codes.

hi,

you can get it in SR30 - option of maintaining with postal code and country.

you can get it in OG00 - but we dont have authorization to enter into because its with Personnel Administraton.

Postal codes are not stored in any table only the checking rule as per country is there. you can check it in this path

SPRO > SAP Netweaver > General settings > Set contries > Set Country specific checks.
