Our SAP ROUTER is on Microsoft Windows 2003.

SAP router certificate was expired.

We have applied SAP router Certificate.

But while trying to connect from service market place, saprouter status is showing cancelled.

SAP person is unbale to login on system.

While telneting the SAP Router(SAPserv2-- 194.39.131.34) on port 3299. we are getting following error

Hi,

FRom the below meessage , we can found that your system is able to reach SAP AG sap router via telnet.

I will suggest you to do first connection test for SAPOSS RFC.

Let us know the result.

Thanks

HI,

check your Sap routtetab, check that sever and port 3299 are open for sap.

P 10.1.. * 3299

P 10.1.. * 3200

Renew the certificate and try again.

Dheeraj,

Two things here. Had the certificate expired you would not have been able to download notes.

what is the error message the sap consultant gets when he tries to connect to the server.

Also check if they are able to connect to other systems by opening a message under xx-serv. They do respond quite quick.

Hi Dheeraj,

If you are able to download SAP Notes and the SAPOSS rfc is also working it means the OUTBOUND connection from your saprouter to SAP is working.

While the reverse from SAP to your SAPRouter may not be working. Please check the firewall settings for the INBOUND and the OUTBOUND connection.

Thanks,

Hi Dheeraj,

I have the same issue, can you please tell me what should we do if we have problem in firewall.

I can able to download the sap notes, so no issues in Outbound process.

Thanks in advance
