Move client after SARA archiving

Hi.

We have an issue regarding moving a client to a different system after we have done arciving of the workflow-object. As en example we have:

P01: two clients 100 and 200

P02: one client 300

We have archived workflows on all clients and now we want to move client 100 to system P02 because of load-balancing issues.

How can we do this and stille be able to reach the archived workflows? The table with Archive Sessions is client-independant (ADMI_FILES), however when you look in transaction SARA it only shows the sessions for the client you are logged in for?

Is there a tool to achieve this, because regular client-copy only copies client-specific tables, and manual copy of client-independant tables such as ADMI_FILES is not possible, because that will ruin the existing tables on the other system.

Hi Jesper,

would suggest to check SAP note 460620 (Migrating archive files) which deals exactly with your these situations with ADMI_FILES archiving table
