Collective UD

Dear all

as i create process order in system inspection lot is created for in process inspection (03 origin), but this lot is not being displayed in the QA16 transaction as i want to do collective UD for these lots

in MIC Optional Indicator in checked, instead of Required

What else i need to do to get lots in QA16

is there any option or t code to do the mass changes in the control indicators of MIC

Would u plz tell me that QA40 is for 03 origin or its also include 04 origin

what i have to do to get lots in QA16 for collective ud as it gives us the restriction criteria for inprocess inspection , final inspection against Process order etc

Dear check this below points.

1. Check if Material Master Auto usage decision has been checked.

2.All characteristics should be optional if not make all the char as "Optional " through control indicator This can be done through next lots only.

3.All chracteristics must be calculated and status should be 5 completed and no defect recording done.

4. Check mic indicator activated in material master and you have to do RR for this inspection lot or u can force fully complete all MICs and check in QA16

5.Did you selected releavant UD selected set for inspection origin 03.

actually i do not need to do RR for each lot but i need to do Collective UD of all lots

tell me the way how to do this

Dear did you check the points which i given in my last reply?

I think you have activated MIC indicator in MM QM view for 03 origin so you have to do RR for same lots if you don't want to do

RR then forcefully close all MICs for each lot in QA11 make lot status as INSP then all lots will be appeared in QA16.

Check and Revert.

ya i checked all points, except status "INSP" every thing is ok

how could i forcefully closed all lots results in mass processing is there any other option to get lots in QA16 for mass UD

Dear i think in standard functionality there is no option available to forcefully close MIC for multiple inspection lots either you have to do manually one lot by one in QA11 or you can do in mass by LSMW or BDC.

Check whether char are long term

check Even if one char is required char in the task list & not having status "4" or '5"
