Level of condition's application

Hello....one question...

We have a condition that applies at the level of head and positions, and calculates the freight to apply to an order.

At the individual level the position calculates the condition, but depending on the taxable value of all positions should be applied in the header or not.

How I can control that if the tax base of the conditions is higher than an amount, at the top do not apply the value?

You can use Output condition Requirement in order to control if price should go to header level or item level.

Just put you access sequence in Header & Item level and use output condition to control it.
