Error: Enter an Item type

Hi All,

We are on SRM 7.0 and extended classic scenario.

During the transfer of change done in plant maint orders we are facing an error in SLG1 as " Enter an Item type" Please could anyone advise the reason behind it. The users are changing the delivery date in the PR and it is not moving to SRM system and stopping the queue.

Please advise.

Thanks for the note although thats not relevant in our case.

We are facing this issue when adding unloading point or delivery date in the PM order which reflects in PReq but not in shopping cart after PO was created.

Note 1247922 - Change of External Requirement sends requirement to SOCO

REFER THIS NOTE.

Some Customers do not want to have such functionality, that for every change in the external requirement, the system will send the corresponding shopping cart item to the Sourcing Cockpit.

After applying this note, the corresponding shopping cart item is sent back to the sourcing cockpit, only in case the quantity in the external requitrement is increased.
