Error - please refer note 212666 when execute T.Code - R3AS

Dear All,

For your kind information I am very new to SRM. For self learning purpose I am connecting SRM 5.0 to ECC6.

Initially I have missed some configuration step for middleware setting and run the T.Code - R3AS with following input:

- DNL_CUST_BASIS3

- DNL_CUST_PRODO

- DNL_CUST_PROD1

- DNL_CUST_SRVMAS.

After reading some sap note and SDN, I have maintained steps that I have missed for middleware setting.

My issue

Now I am getting error 'please refer the note 212666' when executing R3AS.

I have cancel all the job via Tcode - R3AM1 and now it showing aborted status.

Also I have checked both ECC and SRM no job running for the above via T.Code SMQ1/2.

Please guide me how to delete the above request and start new.

Hi,

Please check in both the SMQ1 and SMQ2 in SRM and R3 as well.

Actually I dont know the exact issue, but I find the object is running in SMQ1 in SRM. Ideally SMQ2 should be check for SRM(inbound system).
