Approval issue

Hi All,

I am facing one issue with respective shopping cart approval.

Cart has been approved by manager 1 who has correct limit.

Say cart created 100$ and manager 1 has limit 200$ after manager 1 apprval cart went for approval 2. which shouldn't, it should stop after manager 1 approval.

Wanted to know the reason behind this, as this cart not forwarded not subsitute setup.

Are you on SRM 5.0 or SRM 7.0 and which workflow template, BADI have you implemented for this...?
