Hi,
I would like to know when a firefighter start a session and when he close
or else a duration of use.
this info is available?
Thanks
per my knowledge , it's not possible to track logout time of user and should not be even done in Firefighter
now logout can be due to many reason
- proper logout /nex
- hung session and then killed via SM04
and many other
now why it should not be tracked..
- suppose one user logged using a particular FF id and scheudle some update and then logged out
- even when he logged out, no one can use that id, reason being some update is going on
- internally SAP is still using that id
regards,
Surpreet

thanks to all to try.
but unfortunately, I don't see this information (logout time) in the .txt or in the SPM log (on the portal GRC or in the backend)
I continue to seek.

thanks for your help,
the background Job /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK is running every hour, but the system is configured to send an email once a day.
In the txt report I can see the login time but there isn't logout date/time (only the hour of the last used transaction).
Is there a web report available ? and where? because i can't found it.
Thanks

Hi,
Have you scheduled background Job /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK to run for every hour. This should get the login/logout log. Set the type to Email in the Controller table for the specific FFID, so that the controller will get the mails in .txt format while logging in and logging off.

Yes it is - it's in the web reporting, and you can configure immediate notifications for login/logout (report).
Have a look at the configuration guide for details.
Frank.
