User Status

Hey SD consultants

I have a need to report on user status in sales orders ( OK02 ) . It does not appear in VA25 / VA05

The only place so far I have seen it is in V.26.

However this is sooo limited and the poor users can even get proper drill downs for this user status.

Is there a report you all know that I can use . Or even a table so that we can create an abap program or a quety ?

Hi

You can get the details on Object status for sales documents.

Pass the VBAK-OBJNR in to table JCDS-OBJNR (Change Documents for System/User Statuses)

and for individual status you can get the details in JEST table

I actually had to link a few tables

VBAK ,JCDS , JSTO and TJ30T then i got my answer

hi,

which user status are u talking about ?

OK02 - status profile of PS

VA25 - list of quotations

VA05 - list of sales orders

V.26. - List of documetns by object status.

you need user status or OBJECT status
