ERROR status in Planner

Dear All!

When we plan task(Control Design Assesment and other) in planner in PC , we get 'ERROR' status. Also we can see this workflow only as (Sub-workflow) in transaction SWI2_FREQ. Another strangeness, "Error" status we get testing task with a new data (new Org, new control, new proc and subproc).

Any ideas?

It was a language issue. PC master data is implemented by SAP HR model -table T778L, which lists the language

supported by HR model. In this case, the master data can't be loaded in English, becuase our data was created in Russian.

We make all the users access to system in Russian, change the default language of user WF-BATCH to English in transacation SU01. And add RU language in SPRO->Maintain Languages Supported. Now we can work with Russian data and no "ERRORS".

Hi Ella,

You have see similar issues at a later stage. I would recommend you to identify the other background users similar to WF-BATCH and change the settings for those too.
