Dear All,
There is big changes in service.sap.com and when I logged in but cant find the link where I can see particular note. And download portion is also not appear in there. Can anyone guide in this regards?

The link shows the following error,
QuickLink Not Available
The address
that you have entered either does not exist, or you are not authorized to access it (for instance because you do not have a valid maintenance agreement).
Most Likely Causes:
There might be a typing error in the address. Simply retype it.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date. In this case go back to the previous page and contact its owner using the 'Feedback' link.
Return to the SAP Service Marketplace start page and try to locate the information you are interested in from there.

are you able to login to Service.sap->SAP support portal(it requires login)?,if yes then go to second tab "Help&support" in top level navigation and then click on "Search for SAP notes". you have to login on all the links you clicked. if you don't have login details then it not possible to see the notes

Please let us know " Are you using your "S-Id" for login to service. sap", As both the links the one you mention and one provided by respectful forum members works for me and lead to the SAP note search page.

I am not new in service.sap.com, and I was using in past confidently. But few day ago there is some changes in this sites. Can anyone give favour, please go to service.sap.com and confirm the changes.
when I am login here, but "Help&support" tab not found.

Hi Tayab,
1. Click => [service.sap.com|http://service.sap.com/]
2. Under the Heading FOR CUSTOMERS select SAP Support Portal*
3. on the next Page you will see the Help & Support Tab
Are you using your company's S user ? if yes you better to consult with your system administrator, I think some authorization problem.
