Dear All,

There is big changes in service.sap.com and when I logged in but cant find the link where I can see particular note. And download portion is also not appear in there. Can anyone guide in this regards?

Thanks to All of you,

But I cant see the link. Please note before this thread posted I was able to access OSS notes and download the required software. But from few day ago It is not look like before.

Hi Mahesh,

The link shows the following error,

QuickLink Not Available

The address

http://service.sap.com/NOTES

that you have entered either does not exist, or you are not authorized to access it (for instance because you do not have a valid maintenance agreement).

Most Likely Causes:

There might be a typing error in the address. Simply retype it.

If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date. In this case go back to the previous page and contact its owner using the 'Feedback' link.

Return to the SAP Service Marketplace start page and try to locate the information you are interested in from there.

hi

are you able to login to Service.sap->SAP support portal(it requires login)?,if yes then go to second tab "Help&support" in top level navigation and then click on "Search for SAP notes". you have to login on all the links you clicked. if you don't have login details then it not possible to see the notes

Try to login with different browser other than usual one.

Please let us know " Are you using your "S-Id" for login to service. sap", As both the links the one you mention and one provided by respectful forum members works for me and lead to the SAP note search page.

You can contact your super administrators or write to service(at)sap.com

Sorry for delay reply.

I am not new in service.sap.com, and I was using in past confidently. But few day ago there is some changes in this sites. Can anyone give favour, please go to service.sap.com and confirm the changes.

when I am login here, but "Help&support" tab not found.

I found the Tab Help&Support may this will solve your issue.

The Link to support portal can be found in the Home page of service.sap.com with name SAP Support Portal

Hi Tayab,

1. Click => [service.sap.com|http://service.sap.com/]

2. Under the Heading FOR CUSTOMERS select SAP Support Portal*

3. on the next Page you will see the Help & Support Tab

Are you using your company's S user ? if yes you better to consult with your system administrator, I think some authorization problem.

Yes I am using Company's S id. One thing I notice that when I login than it direclty come to liecense support portal. I can send you screenshots at your gmail address(if you allow me).

Did you consult with your BASIS Guy? nothing change on my side its working very fine with me, I think this problem is only with your user ID and BASIS guy can help you out, may be some licensing Issue.
