Hi Friends

I have a some questions....please advise.

1. When i am creating a transfer order , system is changing my warehouse number from 001 to 010. Why ?

2. Why do we create replenishment delivery based on transfer order ? Why not based on outbound delivery document ?

3. Wgat is tge difference between stock transfer order and stock transport order ?

4. What is the difference between planned GI and actual GI in outbound delivery document ?

please as one question per one thread.

1.A. chec where is the stoc either in WH 001 or 010.

2. Why do we create replenishment delivery based on transfer order ? Why not based on outbound delivery document ?

2.A. because its a standard procedure and linc between MM and SD.

3. Wgat is tge difference between stock transfer order and stock transport order ?

3.A. stoc transport orde & stoc transfer order: stoc transfers happens phisically between two co. codes as well as in single co. code with billing and without billing. that means there is no any difference between two.

4. What is the difference between planned GI and actual GI in outbound delivery document ?

4.A.Planned GI date = System calculated date based on different calcuations lie Schedule lines conformed date or deliverty creation date.

Actual GI date= The date which you are doing PGI for delivery.

in the above two dates PLANNED GI date will be hacin actual relevance.
