where we have to mention standard network in using BAPI_NETWORK_MAINTAIN to create Network . If it is not possible is there any other BAPI?

I didnt try creating standard network using above BAPI but its the status profile which is main for network creation. Other parameters being same. I believe this bapi calls up CN21/CN22 transactions.
I dont want to use this BAPI to create Standard Network. I want to take a reference of Standard Network and create a operative network just like CN21.
