Dear all:
I have an authorization problem, when using an Administration transaction, I want to log on using the action "Logon to system", but the system issues this error message: "You are not authorized to perform the activity selected last", I cant see anything in SU53, but Im sure it is related to authorizations because if I have sap_all it works.
Any clue on this??
Thank a lot !!

Hi
You should have authorization object to establish RFC its (S_RFC), and for trusted RFC (S_RFCACL), please create the Zrole using these two objects and try for remote login
it should work

Dear Fredrico,
It certainly sounds like an authorization issue. Have you tried granting SAP_ALL and seeing if it works as this will verify it is an authorization issue, or another problem? If it works with SAP_All then it is an authorization issue and the missing authorization should be able to be identified with SU53, run immediately after the error.

Paul
In ST01 switch on the trace for Authorization option for the particular user ID you're using.
Then perform the activity which is giving you the error.
Once that activity is complete, goto ST01, switchoff the trace and read, analyze the trace record.
This would indicate the exact missing authorization for that user.
If any further authorization is missing after assigning the objects, perform the trace and check accordingly.
Hope this will give you an exact missing object.
