How do we set the time for a job to be scheduled in PI to pick files

Hi Folks,

Where do we have to schedule the timings for a file to be picked up between particualr intervals in a test system. Its like a file in the directory in SAP to an FTP server.example it has to start at 11 int he morning till 2 noon. point to point connection. not the poll interval.does it have to be done in PI or the basis

When you click on 'Communication Channel' in runtime workbench, on the right hand side top corner there is an option of 'Availability Time Planning' , this is used for scheduling of channels.

Search in SDN "Availability Time Planning " you wil find many blogs/discussion, this will solve your problem, you can schedule adapter.
