Shell creation for TDMS 3.0 on SAP 4.6C version

Hi Gurus,

Could any one of give me details on Shell creation for TDMS 3.0 on SAP 4.6C version .

I have gone through all the guides,oss notes, blogs.

I am looking for pre-requisties & all the related stuff on TDMS Shel on SAP 4.6 C versio.

Kindly share your experience , I have gone through from first Thread to till today's thread on TDMS posts.

I you want details on pre-requisites and other installation and operation related instruction it is recommended to go through TDMS guides, which are available on SAP service market place.

If you have any specific query you may post here and most probably you will get an answer.

Also all the relevant and to the point documentation is available with the Shell process for each activity in the process, refer to the same.

Okay,

--> Do i need to take export of the source system from osleel/dblevel?

--> how can restrit tables not to participate in export/import?

--> In shell with SAP 4.6C, am i going to create new target system then import the database ?

-->does any on refer to good blog with step by step / screenshots?

-->do i need to change any oracle parameters before /after tdms run?

Yes at OS level, using SAPINST/R3LOAD system copy tool.

That will be taken care by TDMS process.

Yes, OS and DB should be installed on the target system and then you need to install the central instance and import the database using system copy tools
