Need to configuration of Federal Portal Network using Sap and Non SAP Syste

Hi Expert,

Actually i am new in FPN so i need to your help .I have a requirement to connnect External portal to Enterprise portal

using federal portal network.

Please tell me the how to proceed or where i do start to work such type of requirement .
