VA01 Error - Article is not defined

Hi All,

While creating sales order using VA01 I am getting below error

Error - Article SP-002 is not defined for sales org SPSO, distr.chan.SR,Language EN

I have cross check the article and the sales org, its look like every thing is fine. Please help resolve this error.

Hi,

Go to Txn.MM42... under Basic Data View.. Choose "Additional Data" Under Short Text tab please maintain the Language "EN" and maintain the Description.

Hi Prawmu,

Check in table MVKE if the article is maintained for the particular Sales Org and Dist channel, if the entry is not there you need to maintain the same in MM42 with the required validity area.

Hi,

Did you solve this error... you also try this.

Go to MM42.. enter the article no.."SP-002".... S.Org. "SPSO" ...Distr.Channel.."SR"... then select "Listing" and "Sales" View and extend to thes channel then save the changes..

Hi,

Through MM42 transaction ,acess sales tab and choose validity area.

Geive required sales area details and save.
