Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter

Hi Experts

When I try to create a Support messgae in stwb_work, I am getting a error message "Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter "

I have maintained the entry in bp -> Identification tab like e.g.: ABC 0000004711 100 username, but still I am getting the error

We are in SPS level 24, Please help me to resolve the issue

Please check for the numbers (XXX) to ensure that the specified business partner is as follows. If not, adjust it in transaction BP.

For a business partner to be the Reporter, it must be:

of type "Person"

with role "General Business Partner"

with External ID which matches the selected IBase component: i.e. system

ID, installation number, client and R/3 user name, separated by spaces
