Hi,
We have to start a workflow whenever we queues gets choked up. Please let me know if anybody knows how to do it .

I don;t think so, you can trigger an wrokflow/alert when queue is stucked up.But programmatically may possible
But if Queue has got SYSFAIL because of some communication error etc, then you can raise CCMS alert,
To unlock the queues , you need to deregister the Queues I think.
