ERROR IN PROCESS

Hi

We are using SRM 3.0 and EBP 4.0

We have 3 shopping carts from the same Requester and all are approved in all steps. In following document its showing status as " Error in Process"

Requestor's validity in R/3 back end is expired. But He is very much valid in EBP and system is showing user as consistent also.

Can some one help which are the possibilities for this error?

Any help will b highly appreciated.

Hi,

Please check RZ20 transaction or Application Monitor, You can find some error information.
