I'm facing a problem with customer hierarchies. I need to determine a discount for all children of a customer hierarchy node, but the fields HIENR01 and HIENR02 are blank in sales order after entering the customer. I used as model the standard discount condition HI01 and its access sequence.
I can see in the order partner function the node superior with 1A partner function, but the condition registered for the father is never determined.
I appreciate if someone can give me a hint, thank you all.
