Form16A - 3 page print is coming. Only 2pages required.

Dear Friends,

I am facing one proble with printing Form 16A, samrtform J_1IEWT_CERT.

As per note I uploaded the form and activated and when executing TCode J1INCERT , in print layout it is giving me 3 pages.

In 3rd page same as 1st page print is coming. This 3rd page is not required. I tried to do and find the problem but did not get the solution.

Please provide any solution for this so as to get only 2 pages of form.

Did you make any changes in the standard smartform . if yes what are the changes you made

well according to the formname this should be a standard form of SAP. if you assigned a standard print program as well i would seek for a SAP note.

Hi,

You can give the data to be printed in PROTECT-ENDPROTECT.

This will compress the data into one page.and also check if your have used NEWPAGE.
