Shopping Cart Monitor Error

Hi All,

While trying to view a shopping cart in Monitor in Portal, getting below error!

"System Error in check_status_sc (LBBP_MON_SCF50)

We are also getting below error when we are trying to view shopping cart in BBP_PD

No central person is assigned to Business Partner. ID 4259F7DCC67E3C9AE1000000C6D07530

Message no. CRM_CENTRAL_PERSON003

Requester of the shopping cart is no more in the system. (Validity Expired) but its there in Org Structure.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi

This is because the Shopping cart still has Requestor BP which is not valid (as per org structure) and you get this erorr.

If you want to view the cart, keep the SU01id of the requestor as blocked and increase the validity period of the CP, Position to a future date, so that SRM checks the BP of the requestor as successfull..

If you want to process the cart , then Update a new Requestor BP in the record of this Shopping cart in CRMD_PARTNER table. This table stores the partners of each SRM Application object.

Thanks for your response, The validity of BP for the user is already unlimited. But we are still getting same error.

Hi Kamlesh

Did you check the consistency of the BP and CP of the requestor of the shopping cart. Check the same using transaction BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE.

Remove the inconsistencies if any.

Otherwise , use a consistent BP GUID, update the CRMD_PARTNER table for this shopping cart data for partner function REQUESTOR. You will ve to do it in debug mode... see if your company policy allows it

otherwise, best option is delete this cart if there is no follow on document for this document created by an inactive user
