Return delivery in QM02

HI,

We are doing stock posting from UUS to blocked and Return delivery through action box in QM02.

After saving notification all douments got posted. Stock also got moved.

But in QM02 doument flow i am getting only material documents .

Return PO document is not appearing in document flow.

Pls clarify any settings needs to be done for getting Return PO number in QM02 document flow display.

In SAP standard 'QMLR_CREATE_DOCUMENT_FLOW' function is called by 'QMLR_CREATE_RETURN_ORDER_FA' function and 'QMLR_CREATE_RETURN_ORDER_FA' function is assigned in task's follow-up action.

1) Check which task code is defined for 'Create return delivery' action box in configuration.

Menu path: Customzing > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Processing > Additional Notification Functions > Define Action Box > Define Functions for the Action Box

(SAP standard function is 'QMLR_CREATE_RETURN_ORDER'.)

2) Check which follow-up action is defined for task code in transaction QS41.

3) Check which function module is defined for follow-up action in configuration.

Menu path: Customizing > ... > Additional Notification Functions > Define Follow-Up Actions for Tasks

(SAP standard function is 'QMLR_CREATE_RETURN_ORDER_FA'.)
