Repository transfer - Downgrade SP05 to SP03

Hi,

We are downgrading SP05 to SP03 due to some issues. I have a repository (no data) on SP05 which I want to migrate to SP03. I am sure simply transfering .a2a file from sp05 to sp03 will not work. Am I right? Will import schema optin work in this case??

Please suggest.
