IDM system copy?

Hi All,

We have installed IDM application on our GRC server.we have moved GRC server from one hardware to another hardware. now we would like to move IDM also to new NEW GRC server. but i did not find any documents related to IDM system copy or migration.

can you please help me to migrate (systemcopy) of IDM.

Install IDM (same version) on the new server.

Make a backup of the IDM DB on the old server.

Restore the backup to the new server (same DB name)

Manually recreate a SQL Logins and map them to the users in the IDM DB.

This should do the trick.

Now you can just reinstall Identity Center on the new machine.

Is the SQL database you're using for IdM also on the same server? Do you have to move that as well? Or is it just IdM that you need to move?
