Hi Masters.

I follows with questions about implementation of SRM/SUS

We have Implemented SRM/EB scenarie ECS and ECC 6.0 . we need implemented sus on same server , same box.

1.- Is possible create an copy of Mandant SRM-EB to new SRM-SUS

same System ID only the diferens is client or is necessary create an new instance exclusive to srm/sus

considering limitations of hardware.

2.- does not exist restrictions with PI/XI with that Landscape.

3.- if is the case I will ask my Basic the copy client 000 i mean new or with srm-eb configuration.

thanks.

Hi Oscar,

You can have SUS in the same box but preferably on a different client from EBP because of the reasons explained by Virender.

Also PI/XI is a must as a middleware for document exchange between EBP and SUS or for that matter between MM and SUS.

Thanks & regards,

Nikhil

First of all it is not recommended to have SRM and SRM-SUS on same server. SUS is exposed to external partners and that is one of the prime reason for SUS to be configured on a different server.

Even if you want to implement SUS on same server , that is very much possible .... I would have different clients though for the SRM and SUS Systems.

If you are integrating SUS with ECC then PI/XI is a must
