User could no able to access e-catalog

Hi Seniors,

It seems the user id's and attributes are all properly maintained. But when user tries to access E-Catalog, he is getting below

errors

1) Person CHHENSCHNI not found.

2) Another user is getting error like " No data found for contact person 'HP00011432' Inform system administration.

Is this related to portal system ? kindly advise in detail please.

Hi Jana

The user , position and/or CP seem to be inconsistent in your case. from the error you seem to have HR-SRM interface active for SRM Org structure and that has created a inconsistent record with object type P in SRM.

Check the consistency of the CP and Position using BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE transaction and see what is the issue there.

Hi Virender,

I have checked BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE transaction, it seems all are fine ( green in colour ). Could you suggest what can i do further ??
